Their website shows the service center open until 6pm. Even if you click on the Express Service, it still shows open until 6pm. At 445pm, I tried to get an oil change and was told they couldn't do it at the Express because they close on 10 mins. I drove to the regular service desk to get an oil change there, and get refused because they would just take my car to the Express side. They did schedule me an appointment 2 days later. I booked my service online, but it wasn't entered for some reason. Byers still got me in and out with zero hassle. Brakes, oil change, and differential flush took little time. Very pleased and impressed. Highly recommend!

While the dealership is fine, I'm completely off Toyota. They have xxxxxx around now with the engine recall for so long, I would not consider Toyota for my next pickup truck.

Service department checked and determined that my flat tire could not be repaired. They checked my warranty and ordered me a new replacement tire. New tire came in the next day and all charges including balance and install was at no charge. Excellent service and can’t beat the price!

Luke was my salesman, he was awesome and good to work with. The scheduling system need work. I originally made a service appointment through the system which provided me at least two confirmation emails. The next day when no one showed up I called and it all got sorted. I was told that sometimes the auto scheduling doesn't work ?????. Other than that everything was great.

Very happy with the Service at Byers Ford. They are very timely, share information as the service work unfolds. The car always has a floor protector out in it, which tells me they care and are concerned about the condition of the interior as well. Always a good experience at Byers

The part needed was not in stock so service started searching for it. Thought they would need it until next day to go get it and install. They were able to find part and install in same day and I was able to pick up my truck before they closed.
I went in on a Friday evening about 5 pm and was greeted by Roger Y immediately. He was great during every step of the process and his manager Josh was amazing too. I have been taking my Subaru's to Byers Subaru for the last 4 years(oil changes and bigger maintenance) and have already had good experiences. I recently had one of my windows get stuck in the down position and would not roll back up. I actually took it to Germain Subaru cause they were the only Subaru service center open past 6pm, long story long they tried to charge me for a motor that didn't fix the issue but they were able to get the window up and shut but it did roll down. I purchased running boards with my recent purchase of 2026 Highlander and had them replaced installed by the dealership.
I was a bit disappointed in the service received as the day of installation after 2 hours of waiting I was informed they didn’t have the tool to put on the 2026 running boards. Not sure why it took 2 hours to figure that out and considering it was June and they were purchased from Toyota directly how did they not know this?
